Location: Bakewell, Derbyshire
Hours: Full-time, 8.30 - 4.30, Monday to Friday with 3 month trial period.
Pay: National Minimum Wage (in line with age-related statutory rates)

Wetroom Innovations is a small, friendly, family-run business specialising in wetroom products. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and works well as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
- Supporting other warehouse and operational duties as required
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Fork Lift truck experience desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
