Confident Dental & Implant Clinics are seeking a dedicated and organised Patient Journey Coordinator to join our brand new, state of the art, modern, family run, Dental Headquarters Hub, located in Cirencester. As a Patient Journey Coordinator, you’ll guide new patients from their first call to treatment, ensuring they feel supported and valued every step of the way.
We currently have four beautiful Dental practices located in Stroud, Swindon, Bishops Cleeve and Cheltenham.
Your Role:
· Be the first point of contact for new patients on the telephone, answering questions and booking appointments.
· Provide clear information about treatments like dental implants, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics.
· Use the CRM system to manage patient records and interactions.
· Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to streamline processes and enhance patient satisfaction.
· Build strong relationships to encourage patient loyalty.
· Ensuring GDPR & patient confidentiality is maintained
What We’re Looking For:
· Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
· Empathy and a patient-focused mindset.
· Telephone experience is essential

Qualifications:
GCSE grades 4 (C) and above in Maths and English essential
