The role - Science Teacher
As a Science Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, depending on your specialism. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the department to plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of ages and abilities.
You will be expected to contribute to the delivery of a challenging and well-sequenced Science curriculum, ensuring all pupils make strong progress through effective teaching and clear academic expectations.

- Experience and knowledge of teaching Science in a secondary school (ages 11–18)
- Strong curriculum understanding and ability to sequence learning effectively

- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- An understanding of, or appreciation for, a school at the heart of its community
