Warehouse Operatives – Spalding

- Pay Rate: Days £13.55/h - Overtime £16.94/h | Nights £14.57/h - Overtime £18.21/h
- Shifts: Continental 2-2-3 day/night shift | 8:00am – 8:00pm | 8:00pm - 8:00am (weekend work required)
- Job Type: Temp to Perm / Long-term opportunities
Magnus Search are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Fresh Produce supplier in Spalding.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electric pump trucks to carry out essential loading and unloading duties (Priority Task)
- Lift, push, and sort items safely
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse duties
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with the team
Requirements:
- Experience or confidence in operating electric pallet trucks/pump trucks is highly desirable
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Previous warehouse experience is highly beneficial
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
