We are looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to work as part of the front of house team at Bread Street Kitchen – Edinburgh.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to:

Work effectively with the management team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
-
Effective management of the floor ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs smoothly

Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach
-
Ensure any guest queries are handled effectively and professionally and all guests leave with a positive dining experience

Proactively work and support the General Manager and Management Team to grow the business
The ideal candidate will:

Have previous management experience within a premium high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment

Have a passion for high quality food and delivering the highest levels of service

Be a clear and concise communicator
-
Have the ability to multi-task effectively
-
Have awareness of how to manage costs and increase revenue
