Full-Time Drum Teacher – Pro Music Limited (Rowley Regis Centre)
Pro Music Limited is one of the fastest-growing private music school networks in the West Midlands, offering expert tuition across multiple locations. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Drum Teacher to join our dynamic team at our Rowley Regis Centre.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our busy Rowley Regis branch. You will be delivering one-to-one and small group drum lessons to students of all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to advanced players preparing for Rockschool, Trinity, or other graded exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, structured drum tuition following Pro Music’s proven teaching framework.
- Prepare students for graded exams, performances, and school showcases.
- Inspire and motivate learners through engaging, creative lesson delivery.
- Maintain student progress records and communicate effectively with parents and management.
- Contribute to the positive, professional atmosphere that defines Pro Music’s reputation.
Requirements:
- Strong performance and teaching background in drums.
- Experience preparing students for Rockschool or Trinity exams is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for music education and student development.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
