Eclipse Consulting is a growing sales and customer acquisition company based in Liverpool City Centre. We work closely with a range of clients to help them expand their customer base, increase brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships through professional, face-to-face engagement.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious individuals to join us as Trainee Sales Managers, offering the opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, leadership and business development.
The Role
The Trainee Sales Manager position is designed for individuals who are motivated to develop their career within sales and team leadership.
Initially, you will focus on developing strong foundations in face-to-face sales and customer engagement, representing our clients and building relationships with customers. As you progress, you will gain experience in additional areas of the business including sales strategy, performance management and team leadership.
This role provides structured training and ongoing support to help you build the skills needed to progress into a Sales Manager position.
Please note: this is not a call centre role. The position involves direct, face-to-face interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing client brands through professional face-to-face sales interactions
- Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs
- Presenting products or services clearly and confidently
- Generating new customer acquisitions and supporting sales growth
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and brand representation
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Learning key aspects of sales strategy and business development
- Supporting the training and motivation of team members as you progress

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality can be beneficial but is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
