Race Ahead is seeking 1 Trainer/Assessorto join our team Monday - Friday. We are offering Full Time/Part Time/Term Time opportunities.
- One person to cover Worthing and surrounding areas
It is essential you must live within close proximity of the areas advertised due to travelling to employers as part of the role.
Duties
- To manage an established case load of learners from Level 2 through to Level 5 within the childcare sector - Knowledge and experience within this sector is essential
- To support learners to achieve their desired apprenticeship along with supporting English and math's and End Point Assessment.
- To support leaners that have additional support needs
- To form good relationships with employers and learners, good communication skills are therefore essential.
- To develop new business within your allocated area.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Years Childcare - Essential
- Level 3 in Early Years Childcare - Essential
- Assessors' A1 award/CAVA - Desirable
- English and math's - Essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with various computer programs and Microsoft Office products
- We will consider a part time position if required
