Originally the role is to provide cover throughout August but this may lead to a more permanent, but part-time role for the right candidate
Job Types: Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending is essential
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
