Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies
- Managing probate applications and estate administration processes
- Providing bespoke legal advice tailored to individual client needs
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and trust
- Keeping abreast of legislative changes affecting private client law and ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal services
Skills
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client matters
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear client liaison
- Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in legal documentation
- A proactive approach to professional development and staying informed about relevant legal updates
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment
This position is open to qualified solicitors of all levels, from newly qualified to highly experienced. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
