Junior HR Generalist (HR Advisor)
Near Worthing | Full Time | Permanent | £35,000 - £37,000
Hybrid Working – 2-3 days in the office
We are working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to bring on a dynamic Junior HR Generalist / HR Advisor to join their established HR team.
The role will be supporting the wider HR team with a broad range of generalist HR work, provide a strong advisory service and manage low level ER casework.
The role will offer exposure to a wide range of HR and would be ideal for candidates who have had exposure to low level ER casework and who are looking to expand their knowledge further.
Candidate Requirements:
- To have worked at HR Advisor / Generalist level for a minimum of a year and covered low level ER casework.
- Good understanding of employment law
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Strong attention to detail with a self motivated approach.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
