We are an independent BMW specialist garage based in Burton-On-Trent who mainly operate with high end M cars, looking for a car enthusiast to join us as an office administrator.
The role entails :
-Being first point of contact for customers when answering the phone to take enquiries and book jobs in on our Autowork system. Also some face to face if customers pop in.
- A basic knowledge of parts, jargon and common faults is essential for smooth communication. But an extensive knowledge is not expected and we will work with you to fill in the gaps with the knowledge needed.
- Ordering parts.
- Communicate well over messaging and email.
- Decent navigation of the internet.
- Creating and sending invoices.
- Financial handling taking or making payments.
- Keeping the office maintained to a presentable standard.
-Filing documents.
- 09:00-17:00 with one hours break (35 paid hours per week).
-No working weekends! (Unless you want to come to a track day or 2 with us).

Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
