What We're Looking For:
- A passion for delivering professional, people-focused HR support
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Confidence advising managers on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience maintaining accurate HR records and using HR systems
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an HR Advisor or similar HR role
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum) or working towards CIPD Level 5 is desirable
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Sponsorship is not available for this role—applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
