Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated CSCS Labourer to join our construction team on various sites. Responsibilities
- Assisting with general site clearance, including removing debris and organising materials
- Supporting tradespeople with tasks such as moving tools and equipment
- Preparing sites by setting up barriers, signage, and safety measures
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials using manual handling techniques
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to site safety protocols at all times
- Supporting the delivery of materials and ensuring they are stored correctly on-site
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card is essential for this role
- Previous experience in construction or labouring is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the working day
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
