We are a growing mental health and neurodevelopmental services group specialising in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments and support services. Alongside our clinical work, we are developing awareness campaigns, business ventures, and a strong CEO personal brand focused on mental health, neurodiversity, innovation, and healthcare leadership.
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creator to help us grow our online presence and communicate our message professionally and effectively.
The Role
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to create, capture, and schedule content across multiple platforms and brands.
9:00am – 5:00pm, 1 Day Per Week (8 Hours)
Responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging social media content for our mental health and ADHD/ASD services.
- Supporting the CEO's personal brand and thought leadership content.
- Producing content for associated campaigns and business ventures.
- Filming and editing short-form video content.
- Taking photos and gathering content during your office day.
- Designing graphics, carousels, and promotional materials.
- Writing compelling captions and social media copy.
- Scheduling content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitoring engagement and identifying content opportunities.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, events, podcasts, speaking engagements, and media activity.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses, founders, or personal brands.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to film and edit short-form video content.
- Excellent written English.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, psychology, coaching, or professional services.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn growth and personal branding.
- Photography and video production skills.
- Understanding of ADHD, autism, neurodiversity, or mental health topics.

Pay: From £200.00 per day
