Junior Sous Chef - 2 AA Rosette - Chichester
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade in a second-in-command role, helping to deliver exceptional dishes using the finest local and organic produce, including award-winning meats and cheeses sourced directly from the estate's own farm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a 2 AA Rosette standard kitchen, focused on high-quality seasonal cooking and a strong farm-to-table ethos.

The Person
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have the following:
- A strong track record working in a high-quality fresh food kitchen
- Experience within 2 AA Rosette or similar standard establishments (preferred)
- A passion for working with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Ability to work well within a team and support senior chefs
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for the industry
- Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential
