What We Require:
To be considered for the role of EYFS Teaching Assistant, applicants must meet the following requirements:
· Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education: Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education, or equivalent.
· Enhanced DBS Check: A valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or willingness to undergo one prior to employment.
· Experience in a Similar Role: Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting, whether in a nursery, preschool, or primary school environment.
· Knowledge of EYFS Framework: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and statutory requirements, including the ability to support children's learning and development in line with EYFS principles.
· Safeguarding Training: Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, with a commitment to promoting the welfare and safety of children.
