Job Summary: We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Professional to join our fast-paced team. This role demands a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in new business acquisition and account management. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with independent garages within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Actively prospect for new garage partners and convert leads into customers.
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing garage partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Territory Management
Effectively manage and develop a defined territory, maximizing market penetration and revenue generation.
Sales Process
Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, utilising effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Customer Focus
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the needs of our garage partners.
CRM Utilisation
Efficiently utilise CRM software to manage customer data, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Brand Ambassador
Represent BookMyGarage with professionalism and enthusiasm, acting as a brand ambassador within the territory.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and account management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Field sales experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel within a 90-minute radius of home daily.
