We're looking for warm, enthusiastic and caring Hosts to join our Hospitality Team. If you're passionate about people and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As one of our Hosts, you'll be at the heart of daily life in our home. No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time:

Delivering restaurant-style dining experiences to our residents.

Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents, families and visitors.

Serving food and drinks with genuine care and attention to detail.

Supporting special events, celebrations and themed hospitality experiences.

Helping maintain beautiful dining rooms, cafés and communal areas.

Building meaningful relationships with residents and becoming an important part of their day.

Working alongside our Care, Kitchen and Wellbeing teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
What we're looking for

You'll be:

Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, cafés or customer service is helpful, but not essential—we'll provide all the training you need.
