We're working with one of London's leading and fastest-growing Facilities Management providers to recruit a Mobile Building Services Engineer (Foot Mobile) to support a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London.

Job Description
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial properties
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services systems
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring minimal disruption to clients
- Undertaking fault finding, repairs, and first-line maintenance on building services plant and equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with current regulations and company procedures
- Always providing a professional and customer-focused service
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing relevant documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mobile Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Foot Mobile Engineer, or similar
- Strong background within commercial building maintenance
- Good knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Able to work independently across multiple sites
- Based within a reasonable commute of Central London
