Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Carbon Sales Closer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finalising sales agreements and building strong relationships with clients within the B2B sector. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective communication and organisational abilities. Always be closing attitude, looking to speak to the right person to get the sale, trading highest level of due diligence carbon product on the market. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our expanding sustainability initiatives and develop your career in a fast-paced environment. 5% commission 1st trade. 10% commission 2nd trade rolling + Bonuses.
Duties
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their carbon offset requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Manage the sales pipeline using IT tools, tracking progress from initial contact through to closing.
- Drive customer service excellence by providing timely responses and professional support throughout the sales process.
- Organise appointments, follow-ups, and meetings effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within environmental or sustainability sectors is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel as required for client meetings.
- Proficiency in IT systems, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude.

Pay: £488.40-£1,105.96 per week
