DNA Legal is the UK’s leading DNA, Drug and Alcohol testing firm providing support to clients who are looking to establish a point of truth within their lives.
DNA Legal continues to expand rapidly, delivering an incredible service to clients and so we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing sales team on a full-time basis.
Full training will be provided in both the scientific testing, product portfolio as well as the details of how the market works. However prior experience in B2B Sales and science would be hugely beneficial. High OTE available.
Primary Functions
Your role will be focused on outbound growing the sales to new clients in a specific region of the UK as well as then managing existing client business in that area.
Business development
- Grow and develop the sales in your allocated area through effective and consistent outbound activity including phone and email.
- Work with a small team and winder team to grow the sales across he busines based on outbound activity whilst nurturing existing client relationships.
- To develop and present CPD talks (Continual Professional Development) to existing and potential clients so that they have a more comprehensive understanding of the testing process.
- To assist in preparation of public tender applications on behalf of the business
- Achieving and exceeding targets set by the company.
Sales
- Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline consisting of established client relationships and new business.
- Development a strong outbound pipeline of clients.
- Field all inbound sales requests in your territory and ensure a deep product and company knowledge to support customers with their testing.
- Respond to sales requests through a range of channels (emails, online forms and calls) within 10 minutes of request, check and double check accuracy, format, additional notes in line with brand
- Promptly follow up quotes and secure all information needed to ensure the invoice can be paid once testing is complete
- Ensure an immediate response to all confirmations to proceed with testing and all details are captured.
- Ensure all inviocing, questions, finance information is closed and completed daily.
Account Management
- Represent DNA Legal as the authority in exceptional quality testing services, ensuring the detail and quality that the business offers is clearly shared with all accounts.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of Local Authority and solicitor accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the services, the science, and the legal sectors relevant to our cases, and be able to effectively communicate the same to the range of clients.
- Ensure all accounts are accurately updated and notes stored carefully on the systems.
