D2S Business Solutions Ltd is providing business rates and utility services to their highly valued clients. The team will always ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and all their business needs will be met.
JOB SUMMARY
D2S Business Solutions Ltd is looking to employ the services of an experienced Case Worker for their busy Business Rates Department. You will be working closely with the Head of Department and your colleagues to ensure that proficiency is provided to all clients.
EXPERIENCE
Experience is preferred but not essential, however full training will be provided to the candidate.

- Complete ad-hoc tasks;
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather the required information surrounding the case, assess whether case meets criteria and can be accepted;
- Updating VOA Cases spreadsheets regularly;
- Responding to clients in accordance with the Firm’s Terms of Business;
- Providing support to Directors, Head of Department, Line Managers and other departments in ensuring that services are delivered to client efficiently and effectively;
- Provide support as a team member on all professional and technical issues resulting from the team’s operations;
- Ensuring all cases follow compliance procedures;
- Independent management of assigned VOA cases in terms of start-up, follow up and completion;
- Setting up client files on case management database;
- Provide other administrative duties including answering the phone, post, filing, printing, scanning and shredding;
- Liaising with clients;
- Taking part in business meetings.
- Writing contracts;
- Communicating with councils, VOA and other firms;
