About Us
Enterprise Transport Training are market leaders within the transport industry, with over 25 years’ experience delivering high-quality driver and transport management training across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for training to join our team of instructors.
The Role
As a Driver CPC Instructor, you will be delivering engaging and up-to-date training to professional drivers, sharing your knowledge and experience while helping drivers refresh and expand their understanding of current rules and regulations. Most of our Driver CPC courses are delivered online, with occasional requirements to cover training at customers’ premises. Over time, we will support you in developing the skills needed to deliver additional courses, including our online and in-centre Transport Manager CPC, ADR and other specialist programmes.
Our Driver CPC courses run 7 days a week, and at Enterprise, we understand the importance of work–life balance. We are committed to accommodating your scheduling preferences, offering a range of options from 1 to 5 days per week – both part-time and full-time roles are available. While flexibility is a key part of our approach, Saturday availability will be required.
Please note that the salary range reflects the number of days worked.
Prior teaching experience is not required, as full training will be provided. A background in Transport Management is desirable but not essential. However, we do seek candidates who demonstrate confidence, honesty, flexibility, reliability and a willingness to learn.
Training
Our training programme is tailored to each candidate’s needs and covers essential skills, including:
· Instructional techniques, including classroom management
· In-depth knowledge of module content
· Proficiency in IT and Zoom skills
