Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- Blue CPCS A73 (Essential)
- Must pass a DBS Check (Essential)
- Must be willing to undergo EL1 Clearance (Essential – clearance process can take up to 42 days)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Plant and Vehicle Marshaller to work on a new prison development in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for marshalling plant and vehicles around site, coordinating movements to designated drop and access points, and maintaining accurate records using site software systems.
Duties Will Include:
- Carrying out Plant and Vehicle Marshalling duties across the site
- Directing plant, machinery, and vehicle movements safely and efficiently
- Coordinating deliveries to designated drop zones and access points
- Managing and controlling site traffic routes and pedestrian segregation
- Creating and maintaining movement logs using site software systems
- Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site management teams
- Monitoring site access and ensuring compliance with traffic management plans
- Reporting hazards, incidents, and operational issues promptly
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
