Excellent oral and written communication skills

Full UK Driving license
Excellent IT skills
Good timekeeping is essential
What you will be doing:
Managing service bookings
Keeping customers updated whilst are in with us
Contacting suppliers for parts pricing
Coordinating with workshop to ensure efficient service delivery
Advising and selling on additional work that may be required
Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of service
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Hours of business Monday to Friday 8.00 - 17.30
