Join a team with over four decades of excellence. Shirley Shelley is a leading name in commercial and industrial cleaning across Suffolk and Essex. We are looking for an experienced Window Cleaner to join our Ipswich-based team.
This is a professional role for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, long-term position within a well-regarded family business.
The Role
Working on a diverse range of commercial and industrial contracts, your day-to-day will involve:
- Traditional & Water-Fed Pole Cleaning: Carrying out high-standard window cleaning across various sites.
- Field-Based Work: Travelling across East Anglia and the South East in company vehicles.
- Early Starts: A proactive approach to the early mornings required in the commercial sector.
- Flexibility: Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work as required by our clients.

Requirements
- Experience: Previous window cleaning experience is essential.
- Driving Licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence to operate our company vehicles.
- Safety Mindset: A CSCS Card is preferred (to allow access to construction/industrial sites), but not essential as training can be discussed.
- Reliability: Punctuality is key, especially for early morning starts.
