Residential Deputy Manager – New Children's Home Opening

Ground floor opportunity here — our client is opening a brand-new children's home in Gloucester and needs a Deputy Manager to help build it from day one.
This isn't stepping into an existing structure. You'll be shaping the culture, developing the team, and setting the standard from the very start alongside the Registered Manager.
Our client is a family-run provider with an established portfolio of homes across Gloucestershire, built around trauma-informed, child-centred care. They're growing — and they want people who want to grow with them.
You'll need:
✅ 2+ years' supervisory experience in residential childcare
✅ Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce
✅ Full UK driving licence + own vehicle (business insurance)
✅ Flexibility for rota shifts, sleep-ins, and on-call
