The Role
We are recruiting Health Care Assistants to work a mixture of day and night shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays as part of the rota.
Shift times:
- Days: 07:30 – 20:00
- Nights: 19:30 – 08:00
As a Health Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high standards of care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Support residents with personal care needs, ensuring physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
- Promote choice, independence, and person-centred values
- Assist with nutrition and hydration, offering options and support to each resident
- Help bring comfort, safety, and security to those living with dementia
