We run 2 family owned hospitality venues in the seaside town of Clevedon, a Bottle Shop & Bar, and a tapas restaurant (our latest venture).
We are currently recruiting a Chef De Partie to work alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef at our Tapas Restaurant Clevedon.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to come and work in a varied and stimulating role with plenty of opportunity for self-development and career progression. We are looking for a CDP who is passionate and takes pride in their work, as well as being inventive & creative. Ultimately we are seeking someone who will care about the restaurant as much as we do, and in whom we can place full trust in assisting with running the kitchen.
Tips between £6,000 - £8,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 year's experience as a CDP in a similar role.
Specific knowledge of, or an interest in, cooking tapas/small plates, although not essential.
