We’re recruiting for a People Continuous Improvement Manager to join a well-established, nationally recognised organisation within the financial services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how colleagues experience every stage of their journey by driving meaningful, data-led improvements across the People function.
You’ll review the end-to-end colleague lifecycle, identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes, and work with stakeholders across People, Technology and Operations to deliver lasting change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review the colleague lifecycle to identify improvement opportunities using data, insight and feedback.
- Develop and manage a continuous improvement roadmap.
- Partner with People, Technology and operational teams to deliver colleague experience improvements.
- Define success measures, monitor progress and report on outcomes.
- Build business cases and recommendations to support change initiatives.
- Ensure improvements are embedded, measured and sustained.
About you:
- Experience leading continuous improvement or transformation within a People or HR function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working within a large, well-known organisation. Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for improving colleague experience.
