Our client is a well respected small to medium Electrical installation and maintenance company in the commercial/industrial sector based in Cardiff.
They are looking for someone who can hit the floor running bringing in new clients from the likes of universities, commercial and industrial sectors and Facilities Management companies, building relationships and winning new business.
The ability to communicate, develop and look after clients is very important with clients possibly across the UK.
Pay rate - £40,000 to £45,000 per annum with profit share at the end of the year.

Duties

- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote organisational offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for all parties
- Monitor post-sale activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry sector
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable
