A highly respected specialist school within a leading London SEND Trust is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join their team on a long-term basis from September.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support students across the school day, helping pupils engage with learning, regulate emotions, and achieve personal and academic progress.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be calm, patient, and adaptable in their approach
- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND, particularly Autism
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
- Be confident supporting communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
