THE OPPORTUNITY
To take hold of the UK delivery arm.
Currenlty phasing out the offshore delivery assistance in favour of bringing that internal to the UK.
The role is delivery focused to build strong candidate relationships.
The contractors have the information, and the offshore team can’t build and maintain strong contractor relationships.
You would have the ability to source and supply the sales team with qualified and well vetted contractors, as well as grow those long-term relationships with them.
(focused on tech, ((technical)) and business change contractor placements).
With a vast amount of opportunities to deliver on you will be able to hit the ground running from day 1.
Progression is clear and available for 2 routes.
Delivery - build and grow into the delivery lead for the expanding delivery teams.
Client facing - If you desire to grow into client facing and sales a pathway of development can be set out for you.

ABOUT YOU
Experience in agency recruitment is essential. (delivery ideally or 360).
Must be ‘contract’ tech recruitment and a stable history (at least 2 years in current role).
You would have covered a variety of tech (hard tech) positions and business change.
Ideally have dealt with consultancies and larger blue-chip clients (not essential).
Attitude is the most important factor, ambitious in your career.
