Summary
Maternity Cover - Level 2 Teaching Assistant
St John's Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a level 2 teaching assistant to cover a maternity post. The candidate will provide teaching and learning support within our primary school. The post is a temporary position for one year. To be a teaching assistant in our school, you must be friendly, self motivated, nurturing, have a positive attitude, and be prepared to learn work collaboratively within our team. You will be expected to work alongside the teacher and other support staff in a collaborative way, to develop the children's knowledge and facilitate academic progress. You will assist with the delivery and evaluation of the curriculum and it's differentiation amongst pupils, and will work along side children, both in class, within a small group and one to one basis.
