We require an energetic, knowledgeable and robust Staff Nurse to lead the team on night shift at our care home in Broxburn.
We are a small, family run care home in Broxburn which has good links with the local community and which is highly regarded by Residents, families and other Care professionals.
We have a new manager in place who is driving the staff team forward to deliver the very best care, combined with a fresh approach and a desire to ensure that each resident is living their best life in a safe and secure environment, filled with empathy, compassion and fun
We would consider RGN or RMN qualified nurses, provided that:-
- You are registered with the NMC and conversant with National Care Home Standards.
- You have experience and knowledge of safe administration of medication
- you are used to person-centred care planning
- You have up to date knowledge of wound/pressure ulcer prevention care.
- You have the experience to lead your shift and the team on duty
We offer a competitive hourly rate. and the opportunity for career progression, and this post is for 3 shifts week 1 and 4 shifts week 2 (7 shifts per fortnight)
PVG membership (Disclosure Scotland) essential.
