Community Partnership Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week (FTE)
Based: The Bridge, St Marks Road, Tipton, DY4 0SL
MHCT has an established track record of delivering programmes and therapeutic support within schools and education settings. The Community Partnership Officer will play a key role in strengthening and sustaining relationships with schools, education providers and partner organisations in order to grow therapeutic provision through service level agreements and a high-quality education and training offer.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the postholder will support the development, coordination and quality of services delivered to schools and education providers. The role combines partnership development, training and workshop design and delivery, and day-to-day operational support to the Service Manager in order to strengthen service capacity and help ensure that systems, processes, performance monitoring, service standards and coordinated delivery are maintained across existing and future contracts.
Key responsibilities of this role fall into three main areas:
- Developing partnerships and supporting the coordination, monitoring and review of service level agreements with schools, education providers and other organisations.
- Designing, coordinating and delivering high-quality training, workshops and related support in mental health, wellbeing and safeguarding.
- Supporting the Service Manager with operational oversight, service coordination, quality assurance, performance monitoring and the effective day-to-day running of the service, within agreed delegated authority.
