About the Role
We’re looking for someone driven, personable, and ready to take ownership of their own desk. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be supporting schools across the region with their staffing needs — anything from last‑minute supply cover to long‑term roles and permanent hires.
It’s a lively, fast-moving sector where building strong relationships really matters. No two days are the same, and you’ll quickly get to know both your candidates and your schools really well.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with schools to understand what they need
- Building a strong pool of teachers and support staff
- Matching the right people to the right roles.
- Growing your client base through warm calls and building strong relationships.
- Managing bookings, compliance, and day‑to‑day candidate care.
- Working towards goals but with plenty of support around you.
