Knowledge and Experience:
Experience working in a compliance role within financial services or other regulated environment.
Solid understanding of financial services regulations, including AML, CFT, FATCA, CRS, and other relevant compliance standards and how to apply these practically.
Familiarity with Gibraltar, UK, and EU regulatory environments and reporting obligations.
Experience conducting compliance monitoring reviews and identifying control weaknesses.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures manuals.
Skilled in developing and delivering compliance training and promoting a strong compliance culture.
Practical experience in FATCA and CRS compliance, including due diligence reviews and timely reporting to tax authorities.
Understanding of international tax compliance frameworks and data requirements.
Experience supporting internal and external audits and tracking remediation actions.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working with stakeholders across teams and influence first-line business units.

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to work within the Risk & Compliance team based in our Gibraltar office. There is an option to work one day a week from home on successful completion of probationary period.
