We are seeking an experienced and passionate CHEF to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Oversee all aspects of food production, from ingredient sourcing to final presentation.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste to optimise kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their culinary skills and team performance.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor cooking processes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Uphold organisational policies related to health & safety, food handling, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrable supervisory experience with strong team management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary trends.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
