About the Event
Ready to work at the biggest weekend in Milton Keynes this summer? SMK Live is taking over the massive 30,000-seater Stadium MK for a massive, multi-artist two-day festival featuring legendary acts like Black Eyed Peas, Basement Jaxx, Jason Derulo, Groove Armada, and Clean Bandit.
We are assembling an elite team of energetic, efficient, and reliable Retail Bartenders to power the high-volume stadium bars, serve the crowds, and keep the festival vibes alive. If you thrive under pressure and love the buzz of live music and major stadium events, we want you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving drinks at speed and scale across high-volume stadium bars and festival zones.
- Operating modern till systems (EPOS) to process cash and card payments accurately.
- Keeping the bar area immaculate, well-stocked, and organised during peak festival rushes.
- Delivering excellent customer service with an upbeat, professional attitude.
- Adhering strictly to licensing laws, Challenge 25, and health and safety guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- The Experience: Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced retail bar, festival, stadium, or large-scale hospitality environment.
- The Pace: The ability to work efficiently under pressure—stadium bars get incredibly busy during set breaks!
- The Attitude: Reliable, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and full of positive energy.
- The Basics: Excellent communication skills, impeccable grooming standards, and valid right to work in the UK. Must be 18 or over due to licensing laws.
