- Work closely with the Director on strategic development and continuous service improvement.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance frameworks across all locations.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and embed governance processes throughout the service.
- Ensure effective void management, referrals, and assessments in coordination with other departments.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams to promote best practice and innovation.
- Champion family and community engagement while supporting the wellbeing and development of staff.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership and team management experience in supported living, residential care or a similar setting.
- Ambition to become a Registered Manager in the near future.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and commitment to high compliance standards.
- Demonstrable success in service improvement and change management initiatives.
- Experience with individuals with complex mental health needs, including forensic histories or self-injurious behaviour.
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in managing teams, performance, safeguarding and service governance.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complaints and incidents professionally and confidentially.
- Experience in leading teams through cultural change is highly desirable.
- Clinical background (e.g. RMN or RNLD) is beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer:
- A supportive, collaborative environment where your leadership will make a real difference.
- The opportunity to grow into a Registered Manager role under the mentorship of the Director.
- A chance to contribute to a values-driven organisation with a strong reputation for quality care.
- A platform to innovate and shape service delivery in a rapidly evolving sector.
