This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional to join a busy multi-building site, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of the facilities. Working within a close-knit maintenance team, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC and mechanical systems, helping to maintain high operational standards across the site.

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00am – 16:00pm Weekly rotating shifts to Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum
Duration: Permanent

Job Duties:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems across a multi-building site
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues, fault finding, and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime
- Support statutory compliance tasks including emergency lighting checks, fire damper inspections, and Legionella control measures
- Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation accurately using CAFM systems or handheld devices
- Work closely with the wider maintenance team to ensure site maintenance schedules are completed efficiently
- Liaise with external contractors where required and ensure all work meets site standards
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Facilities Maintenance Engineer or Building Services Engineer within a commercial or industrial environment
- Experience maintaining HVAC systems and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Good understanding of building compliance, Legionella control, and ACOP L8 requirements
- Comfortable using CAFM systems, tablets, or handheld devices for task management and reporting
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance
- Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence required
