Production Chef – Fierce Nature

Fierce Nature is an organic skincare company rooted in tradition, and the raw power of nature. We create tallow based skincare and cosmetics using ancestral methods and natural ingredients. No white coats. No synthetic formulas. Just real recipes, made by chefs, in a countryside setting that inspires slow, intentional craft.
We are looking for a Production Chef to join us at our idyllic base at Trill Farm, nestled in the rolling hills of East Devon.
The Role
As a Production Chef, you’ll be at the heart of our production process; transforming natural ingredients into beautiful skincare products. This is a hands on role where you will:
- Prepare, blend, and pour our small batch, tallow‑based products
- Follow our recipes and methods with precision, consistency, and care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production kitchen
- Work with a small, passionate team focused on producing the highest quality products.
- Contribute to a calm, purposeful working environment.
We are chefs, not chemists; making recipes, not formulas.
Hours
30-40 hours a week (we can be flexible to you), between 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.
No evenings. No weekends. No split shifts.

About You
You will thrive here if you:
- Have experience in a kitchen, bakery, or production environment
- Enjoy hands‑on, practical work with natural ingredients
- Care about quality, consistency, and doing things properly
- Appreciate working in a peaceful rural setting
- You have your own means of transport
A background in food production, artisan making, or skincare is a bonus but not a must- passion and care matter most to us.
