We are looking for a motivated, organised and professional individual to join our growing team and gain practical experience across administration, client relations, business operations, property and investment activities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and gain valuable exposure to how a real business operates behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing emails and business correspondence
- Assisting with client communications and appointment scheduling
- Supporting general office administration
- Updating records and client databases
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports
- Assisting with diary management and business organisation
- Supporting social media activity and online marketing campaigns
- Assisting with Facebook and online advertising
- Helping prepare marketing materials and business presentations
- Conducting basic research and data gathering
- Providing administrative support to the management team
Location
- Birmingham City Centre (meetings, presentations and client-facing activities)
- Private Family Office location (administration and business operations)
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday
10:00am – 3:00pm
16 hours per week (including 1 hour break)
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational abilities
- Reliable, trustworthy and well-presented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable communicating with clients and business professionals
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms would be advantageous
