They partner with recognised brands to deliver customer acquisition through face-to-face interactions. Their approach focuses on building trust and clear communication with customers in residential & event-based environments.
Once you begin, they provide full client training and ongoing coaching to ensure you are equipped to perform confidently in the role.
Key Attributes:
- Availability: Applicants should have availability to commit to a full-time equivalent schedule.
- Commutable: Ability to travel to the Cardiff office daily for morning sessions.
- No experience required; our client values a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Confidence in speaking English is required to represent brands professionally.
- Transferable Skills: Previous experience in retail, hospitality (waiting staff, or bar work), or customer service is a plus, but full training is provided.

The Daily Routine
- Attend morning briefings in the Cardiff office focused on training and planning
- Travel to assigned locations for customer engagement activities
- Work in residential & event environments interacting with customers
- Work towards individual and team objectives with ongoing support and guidance.
- Continuously develop skills through real-time feedback and coaching
The Interview Process
- Stage 1: Submit your CV for review by our team. If successful, your application will be shared with our client.
- Stage 2: A brief screening call with our client to discuss your background and provide more detail on the role and structure.
- Stage 3: Invitation to attend a meeting at our client's Cardiff office to learn more about the role and team environment.
Please Note
Successful candidates will be sub-contracted directly to our client in Cardiff. You will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions (the client can provide guidance on tax benefits this provides like claiming expenses). Earnings consist of commission and performance incentives.
Pay: £508.40-£650.00 per week
