About the role:
- You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the day-today running of the shop
- Oversee targets, reporting, financial records and handle banking
- Ensure compliance with trading standards, Gift Aid and Hospice policies
- Build positive community relationships and manage, recruit, train and support volunteers
- Manage shift cover and encourage positive culture through team meetings and training
- Ensure volunteer training and mandatory updates are completed on time
- Work regularly with the Retail Management Team
- Oversee organisation of incoming stock and store display
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a positive reliable approach and good communication skills
- Previous experience working as a store manager and engaging with management team
- Is organised, self-motivated and able to manage their time effectively
- Can comfortably lead and provide training to other staff members
- Is comfortable with admin, reporting, retail financials and shift management
- Can oversee running of shop and the has the flexibility to cover other stores if needed.
