We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. Duties
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and client enquiries
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer service skills
- Assist with store management tasks when necessary, including stock replenishment and maintaining salon organisation
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barbering professional with a strong portfolio of work
- Demonstrable skills in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a positive team environment
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences
