We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is exceptional from start to finish. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as needed.
- Provide bartending services, including preparing beverages and managing the bar area.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
