Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure all food served meets safety standards and quality expectations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service times and menu offerings
- Assist in menu planning, development, and presentation to enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead by example in demonstrating excellent hospitality, serving guests when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
